The story
On 22 December 2023, summing up its work for the year, the Nico Kvaratskhelia Fund noted that Hack Days Georgia 2023 had presented, with particular pride, a prize named after Nico Kvaratskhelia: the Nico Kvar Prize. The prize was awarded for the first time in 2023 and was to be given every year thereafter to the very best early-stage tech entrepreneurs from Georgia.
Four more successful projects at the hackathon received grants. The event was held with the support of the Georgian Farmers’ Association, the Nico Kvaratskhelia Fund, AgroTank, the Business and Technology University (BTU), Gagra Ventures, Feedc Georgia, TBC Startuper, Georgia’s Innovation and Technology Agency (GITA) and the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida).
